Deadline to Request a Return
You have 30 calendar days from the date the carrier marks the order as “Delivered” to submit a return request. Requests submitted on day 31 or later are automatically denied without further notice.

Valid Return Reasons (three categories only)

  1. Manufacturing defect – examples: broken seam, zipper that will not close, missing button, severely misaligned print
  2. Material flaw – examples: hole in fabric, stain that cannot be removed, color difference beyond reasonable expectation (photo comparison required)
  3. Functional issue – examples: zipper cannot open or close properly, snap button fails to fasten, Velcro no longer sticks

Invalid Return Reasons (automatic denial)

  • No longer wanted or no longer needed
  • Wrong size or wrong color ordered by mistake
  • Item did not fit as expected
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery (washing, drying, pet damage, smoke smell, perfume smell, food odor)

Condition Requirements for Return (all must be met)

  • Item has not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, or altered in any way
  • Original tags (if any were attached) remain attached and unremoved
  • All original packaging (original poly bag, box, accessory pouch, instructions) is included
  • No odors: smoke, perfume, detergent, mold, or pet odors

Non-Returnable Categories

  • Items clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Electronic gift cards after they have been sent to your email
  • Items returned without required accessories or original packaging

Return Shipping Label
If your return request is approved, we email you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. The label type is either UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. We pay for this label. You pay nothing.

Packing Instructions
Use the original shipping box or poly mailer if possible. Remove or cover any old shipping labels. Attach our return label securely to the outside of the package.

Drop-Off Deadline
After you receive the return label, you must drop off the package at an official carrier drop‑off location (UPS Store, USPS post office, or authorized drop box) within 7 calendar days. Labels that are not used within 7 days expire. An expired label voids your return request. You must submit a new return request.
