Order Cutoff Time
Orders completed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders after 1:00 PM ET are treated as received on the next business day.
Processing Period
1 to 2 business days from the date the order enters processing. Saturdays, Sundays, and US federal holidays are not counted as business days.
Eligible Destinations
Only addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, or any PO Box located outside the contiguous US.
Transit Time
4 to 6 business days after the carrier scans the package into their system. Transit time does not include the processing period.
Shipping Cost
$0.00 per order. No minimum purchase requirement. No residential delivery surcharge. No fuel surcharge.
Carrier Assignment
Customers cannot choose a carrier. Our system assigns one carrier per package based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Assigned carriers are selected from: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional last-mile providers. The carrier name appears in your shipment confirmation email.
Tracking Information
A shipment confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. That email contains a tracking number and the carrier name. Tracking status may take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
Address Accuracy Responsibility
You are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect (wrong house number, wrong ZIP code, missing apartment number, etc.), you must pay a $6.99 re-shipment fee before we send it again. The same order may be re-shipped only once.
Lost Package Procedure
If the carrier’s tracking system shows “Delivered” but you claim you did not receive the package, you must first contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and provide the tracking number. Carriers can provide geolocation data of the delivery scan. If that geolocation matches your shipping address, we are not required to issue a refund or replacement.
